Someone must be playing a joke on me

Ive enjoyed this game for quite a while, but all of a sudden Im starting to believe that someone is playing a joke on me. Heres why:

•If Im sitting on 17, 18 or 19, the dealer ALWAYS ends up with 20 or 21. (And by always, I literally mean ALWAYS)
•If Im showing 20, the dealer somehow seems to pull every two and ace in the deck until they build to 21.
•What happened to the standard rules of holding when the dealer is showing bust cards...? So much for that tactic, since doing so just ends up with the dealer building to a winning hand every time.

Ive honestly really enjoyed this game over the past few years since it came out, but Im giving it up for real casino blackjack...at least there I actually have a quantifiable chance at beating the dealer.
