Blackjack Pro: 21 Vegas Casino App Reviews

Great for practice, but dont trust the "Master the Game".

As a blackjack fanatic, I know basic strategy very well. While the game is great to get experience and learn how the game is played, dont rely on what the game mentions for basic strategy as being correct, because it uses the standing on 17 strategy for hitting 17, while the two strategies are, in fact, different. Ive also noticed that for the mode I play. My statistics are reversed from what they should be. After 1,000 hands, the win percentage should be around 42%, loss around 48%, and pushes around 8%. Mine are exactly reversed. I believe that Avalinx needs some work on their blackjack game, but once again, its a great way to practice without losing any money.

Not an honest blackjack simulation

As some others have noticed after playing this game for a long time as I have, the developer seems to have taken the approach of rather than using a true random numbers simulator to accurately simulate the cards he has designed it to give you a high winning percentage in your early play and then a low winning percentage after some programmed period of time. The result is of course that the game is ruined if what you are looking for is a true simulation of blackjack. Too bad too because the graphics and features designed into the game are quite good. I wouldnt reward a dishonest developer by playing the game though so I am deleting it.

Be careful!

Lots of fun to play, but definitely rigged to keep you buying chips. Will give you lots of wins at the beginning but beware of hands that seem too good to be true because often, they are. Also beware the folks who have watched too much tournament poker on TV and bet quite wildly.

Not enjoyable

Ive played lots of blackjack games and this one is the least enjoyable. In just 3 shoes, the dealer drew to 21, 17 TIMES. Dealers down card has been a 10 less than 8 times, while my cards have been playing like typical blackjack. Its really not fun playing when you follow the rules and you lose literally 90% of the hands. I would not recommend this app

Location of Reload Marker

By tapping the screen where instructed (where reload marker bubble points), I cannot get the chips to reload. On the table lower down is a colored square (card) that if you tap on it, it will reload your chips. Well done game. No intrusive adds.

Rigged

This app appears to be rigged so that the computer wins at an unprecedented rate, forcing you to buy more chips. The computer will achieve 20 or 21 almost every other hand. It takes the fun out of the game...

Best blackjack app

The best blackjack app......period

Enjoyable in the beginning.. Now frustrating.

Visually this app is fantastic! It plays very well and is enjoyable. There is one major flaw.. It isnt truly random numbers! The more you play the less of a chance you have of beating the dealer. For example... I would usually win on anything 18 or higher. Now I barley even win with 20s. I split 8s twice in one hand. I bust on one and another had 19. The other two were at 20. Dealer was showing a 3 and wound up hitting 21 on its 6th card! Are you kidding me!? I do prefer the random number game but this one is visually great! Im currently torn on this app. It will be deleted if I come across a better one.

Blackjack

Real close to real casino play, most of the time, good game, fun.

Great Blackjack App and Trainer

More fun than playing at the table, if youre in Oklahoma.

The worst

It was amazing how easy it was to get to $100,000,000 in this game. BUT, as soon as I purchased the last "max bet" upgrade I started to lose like crazy. Funny how that works now that that the only way to get more money out of me is to drain me to zero so they can sell me a reload marker or chip pack. Well, screw you guys. Im out. If I was you I would get a different blackjack game.

Not sure about this app!

Its a fun app. It can help you to practice basic strategy and maybe even some card counting, but when you want to sharpen up your skills and see if you can make money playing this game it lets you down. I have started with the regular $1000 worth of chips and when I made my way to $16k the shuffling became more favorable to the dealer. From this point on the game became more and more of a frustrating game. It seems like ones the app feels like you can make some good amount in chips 16k and above, the game because more favorable for the dealer. Try it and youll see what I mean. Good luck!

Used to be good

This app is great if you want to learn basic strategy. That being said its horrible if you want to see that strategy work. If you have anything over 11 you will bust (even if you should hit). If the dealer has a face card he will always turn up something to make you loose. If you get two aces in your hand to split, the dealer will have 21. At first it was great I got up about 200k without increasing my table limit. I then increased it to 10k and it was good for a while. Now I cant win a hand to save my life. I havent gotten over 20k after losing my 400k all in two shoots. Its rigged to not win after your sucked into playing it so you start purchasing chips. Its a scam to make money but still is great for learning to play if thats what your looking for

Great

I love the fact that you can hide the count number. This gives the feeling of a real game.

Best blackjack out there

I have tried many other Bj games and this is the best I have found I disagree with many of the reviews that say the game is rigged to make you buy chips I have been playing this game for almost two years and have never paid for chips I play an average of 300 hundred hands per week with near perfect strategy (98.7%) currently on 10,000 hands never raised bet limit on table and have reached over 500k on three occasions then would lose on purpose just to start over the percentage of win and lose are in line with all expert opinions I have read currently 45/45/10 lets face it bj is a frustrating game but every REAL player knows that you can do everything perfect and still lose my advice is to play like it was real money that way you dont bet your entire bankroll on a few hands

Waist of time!

Like so many others, after you play it and build up your time and stakes it will be impossible to win or as in my case the app locks upon launch causing you to have to reinstall, losing all you have accomplished. Dont waist your time.

Was great at first...

This game was great at first. It was challenging but I feel like it did teach me some good blackjack strategy. I was able to work my way up to $150k, the trick is to take chances by doubling down and splitting when you are getting good cards and the dealer is getting the not so good cards (seems to cycle back and forth). But once I got up to $150k the game started to magically seem to become completely balanced to where I will win half the hands and loose half the hands causing it to become impossible to advance any further. I dont know if there is any truth to this, but many free to play game creators make games so that you can only get so far and then you feel like you should spend real money. In this game you can spend real money to unlock higher bets. If I didnt feel like the game is toying with your head to spend real money I would give it 5 stars because it seemed fair until now.

Unrealistic odds.

This game is bs. Ive played BJ thousands of time in Vegas and have never seen such unrealistic odds in favor of the dealer. You will almost always bust on anything over 11 while the dealer will get 2,3 or more cards and not bust. As I said, BS. The owner of this app is a ego maniac. Dont bother with this game.

Not fair

You play against computer programing. Even if you get 20, dealer still gets 21..

What a joke

As a player I had 17 hands holding a hand of 20 (either 2-card or multi-card). Lost outright or pushed on every hand. The dealer ROUTINELY has draws of 5-7 cards to hit the winning hands of 19-21. The player rarely has the long draws because they will almost always draw a face card when holding a bust hand. Frustrating and a waste of time.
